ACELET LICENSE AGREEMENT

Please read this license agreement ("Agreement") carefully. Your use of the software programs ("Software") indicates your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not install or use the Software.

LICENSE GRANT. The software programs ("Program") are owned by Acelet Corporation ("Acelet"). The Program is licensed to you ("Licensee"). You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use one copy of the Program for specified licensee name.

The access of the Program is granted to be world wide with unlimited access. The license fee is based on estimated usage.

COPYING. You may copy the Software solely for backup or archival purpose.

MODIFICATION. You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, alter the Software or create derivative works based on the Software.

LIMITED WARRANTY. Acelet warrants the media (disk or electronic file) which carries the Software and documentation herein to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of thirty days from the purchase date. Acelet will replace the defective media.

No warranty of any kind is made with respect to the Software. Licensee assumes all risks with respect to the accuracy, adequacy, quality, fitness, reliability, performance, or otherwise of such Software.

The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this Limited Warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective media and shall not include or extend to any claim for or right or recover any other damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data or use of the Software, or special, incidental or consequential damages, even if Acelet has been specifically advised for the possibility of such damages. In no event will Acelet's liability for any damages to you or any other parties ever exceed the suggested list price for the Software or the license fee you paid to Acelet.

EVALUATION COPY comes with absolutely no warranty.
