Tutorial: Use consultants and operators

As the Organizer (owner) of your tournament, you can use consultants and operators to help you to manage your tournament.
They know how to use Acelet website to manage tournaments. Consultants and operators can be someone in your organization or outside of your organization.
Consultants can work remotely.
Consultants are duty directors (managers). Consultants have the same power as Organizer except they can not:

• assign another consultant.
• delete the tournament.

Operators can:

• Check-in players.
• Record match scores.

In this tour, we do consultant as example. Do operator be similar.

1. Go to your tournament

Click page menu

Click on Consultants.
If you do not see Consultants menu item, you have not login as organizer.

2. Consultants page appears

Click Add consultant button

3. Add consultants page appears

Fill in email address of your candidate for the consultant, then click Continue button.
A confirmation page will appear. The name of the candidate will be shown, you are sure it is the right person. When you confirm, the person will be added as your consultant.
